Tue, 29 November 2005 Well, look who stepped out of retirement and finally put up a podcast?!?!!1
Today's show is a bit different from the norm. For one, I'm only featuring two songs, and I'm straying a little bit outside of the normal genre. Meet singer/songwriter V.K. Lynne who's new cd Black Halo is now available on CDbaby. As usual, I ramble on about my boring life and drop the occasional f-bomb. But you guys are used to that now, right?

Mon, 26 September 2005 In a perfect world, I'd put together detailed shownotes with tons of info on each band, links to lyrics and all that jazz. Sadly for you, today is not that day. Kiddo - This Could Take Forever Do my vocals sound weird and tinny to anyone in parts of this or is it just me? I'm sure all my settings are the same on my mixer and computer, so maybe it's the room I'm in? Let's hope the mp3 compression hides the worst of it! Comments[45] |

Hi guys, I've got my hands full this week getting ready to move, so the next couple shows will be a bit short on music. I'll be back to a more music-filled format in about two weeks. :) Harriet Street - Weary Fountain Pen Thanks to Matt from Illumination Audio for supplying the graphic for this show. Sun, 28 August 2005 Recording this show was hell guys. I had some major software issues, some clunky mic noise that couldn't be helped, and I'm still not satisfied with the mic levels. As if that wasn't enough, I sound like have a frog in my throat most of the podcast. Finally, to top it off, my stupid mixer broke seconds after I finished recording! Argh! So the next show will either be delayed by a week, or I'll put the next one out using my crappy headset mic. That said, this show is definately turned up a notch and features some great indie rock bands: -Straight No Chaser - Classify Every Compromise Shoutouts: Few things to note: xox, lynn Comments[10] |
